Fiberglass in my hands

Just spent the whole day in the truck. Removed the entire solid box that had been installed on the inside, and got boards cut at Home Depot to create couches. Tired, but excited because I'm finally able to see what its gonna look like when its done!!

We decided to create a blog to document all of the adventures that we go on. We just purchased a 1977 Datsun Chinook, with a custom paint job and a gutted out inside. We plan to leave Seattle for California on June 1st, so that leaves about 3 months to create a home...on top of classes and full time jobs! We can't wait to get started on this project. Today we started unbolting the platform out of the back of the motorhome. The previous owner had installed a 7" high platform covered in Berber carpeting to haul around his instruments....but Eian can't stand up in the thing unless we take that down. Then we went to Home Depot and picked out different kinds of flooring. Can't wait to install it.
